Orissa Spa Boutique
Membership Facial Policy
At Orissa Spa Boutique, our membership program is designed to provide consistent skincare results while offering exclusive savings and benefits. By enrolling in a membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Membership Term
Memberships require a minimum commitment of three (3) months.
After the initial three-month period, memberships may be canceled by providing advance notice before the next billing date.
Monthly Facial
Membership includes one facial per month.
Membership facials are scheduled for 60 minutes, unless an additional service has been booked.
Membership Benefits
Membership benefits are available only while the membership is active and payments are current.
Unused Facials
Members may accumulate up to three (3) unused facials.
Any facials beyond this limit will expire.
If a member does not use their accumulated facials within three months, any additional unused facials will be forfeited.
Cancellation Policy
Once a membership is canceled, all membership benefits end immediately.
Any unused membership facials or benefits are forfeited upon cancellation and cannot be redeemed afterward.
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Billing
Membership dues are automatically charged each month using the payment method on file.
If a payment is declined, membership benefits are suspended until the account is brought current.
Appointment Policy
Appointments are subject to availability and should be scheduled in advance.
Our standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply to all membership appointments.
Changes to the Program
Orissa Spa Boutique reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or policies with reasonable notice to members.
